Silver Cap Toe & Split Back Sweater

Hi Everyone! Happy Friday! Today's rainy weather is getting to me just a little bit, but I'm excited to be heading down to D.C. for the weekend. I'm hoping the sun will be with us during our stay there. :)

Top : Express (here), Bottom : Zara
Shoes : Kate Spade (here and similar here)
Bag : J. Crew (similar hereAccessories : Necklace from J. Crew (here)

What drew me into this top was the split back. The sweater is very soft and comfy, but the split back was the selling point for me. The sweater came with the chiffon tank top attached, but I'm thinking of detaching the under layer so I can wear the sweater more freely with different under layers.

Thank you so much for reading & have a wonderful weekend! :)

  1. I love this! I haven't really known how to style a split back top and this was really helpful.

  6. Really nice look! I love how the split back of the sweater makes it more interesting than just a basic striped sweater. (Although I do love a basic striped sweater anyway...) I hope you don't mind if I link over to your look in my Style Inspirations round-up later this week. :)

  8. Hi Anna,
Sorry for the late response, but these jeans are from Zara's Trafaluc Line in a size 02. They fit very nice throughout, but I would say they are on the longer end. I ended up rolling it up on the inside, but would get them altered soon. They held up pretty well after so many washes, so I would definitely consider purchasing them again. I think they retail for around $39.90, but I got them on sale for $29.99 during their end of the season sale. Hope this helps! :)
