Hi Everyone! Happy Wednesday! Hope everyone is having a great week so far, and for my U.S. readers, hope you're looking forward to Thanksgiving ahead of us. For this week's collaboration, our topic is Pastels. Normally, pastels are associated with Spring since they complement the flowers so well. However, we've been seeing a lot of pinks and blues and mint in stores lately, so why not try incorporating pastels in the Fall? For me, there are no rules on when to wear what colors. When wearing pastel colors in the fall, I like to pair them with a darker color in the same color scheme. In this outfit, I paired pastel pink with a plum turtleneck from the Uniqlo Heattech Collection which is my saviour during the cold winter days.

Accessories : Hat from Target (here), Rings from Gorjana (similar here)

I'm a huge fan of hats, but as much as I love them, I feel like I don't wear them as often as I would like. However, I have to say, I do get those days where I would wear hats for a few days straight, this is one of those days. It might be because the temperature has significantly dropped in the city making it feel like Winter already. The biggest game changer for me when it comes to keeping warm is a hat. I find that when my head is covered, I'm usually good to go. Does anyone else feel the same way?

Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I'm thankful for all the I have and so much more. I think it is very important to not only be thankful on Thanksgiving, but to be thankful everyday. I'm thankful for my family and friends. I'm thankful for my love and care. I'm thankful for the food we have on our tables and the clothes that keeps us warm. I'm thankful to have you as my reader and your love and support to this blog. Wishing all my U.S. readers have a safe & warm Thanksgiving and Happy Shopping if you will be a trooper on Black Friday! For my non-U.S. readers, happy Wednesday, and enjoy the rest of the week!
Thank you so much for reading! :)

  4. I like how you added warmth to your pastel pants by pairing them with the wine colored turtleneck. It created a good balance. Also love your boots and hat!
