Hi Everyone! Happy Wednesday! This is my last post in my Gambita Style series. You can view my previous posts here and here. For this outfit, I wanted to make the skirt the focus so I kept the outfit simple and clean. When I saw this skirt online, I loved the big buttons down the middle, it gave off a very retro vintage vibe. Add on the color, this was definitely an item that I didn't have in my wardrobe. I tried experimenting with different colors and silhouettes, but I ended up keeping it simple with a loose white top tucked in. This outfit is very spring, especially with the floral clutch, but I thought it worked just as well during the Summer-Fall transition.
I never came across the brand Friends & Associates until I saw it on Gambita. This skirt fit perfect off the rack, the length and the waist fit nicely on me. I will be looking into this brand some more as I see that it is on Shopbop as well.
Jacket : Banana Republic (similar here), Top : H&M
Bag : All for Color via Amazon (here)
*This skirt was loaned to me by Gambita and will be sent back.
Don't forget, Gambita is offering the readers of Petite Hues a 35% discount on their entire purchase plus free shipping & free returns using the code Gambita4PetiteHues at checkout.
On a side note, I set up a Polyvore account after learning about it the Lucky FABB conference and I've been having a lot of fun. Think of playing dress up without actually making a pile of mess, and of course, with all the fabulous clothes that aren't in my closet. Let me know if you use Polyvore so I can add you. Here is my first collage that I made partnered with ModCloth. Everything in the collage can be found on ModCloth, but my personal favorite is the sheer map scarf. I hope you enjoy it!
Thank you so much for reading! :)
